Dutch Tofu Skewers
A flavorful and colorful dish with a mix of textures, inspired by Dutch cuisine. Perfect for a quick and easy dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 block (14 oz) extra-firm tofu
- β10-12 wooden skewers skewers
- β2 tbsp dutch seasoning blend
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1/4 cup crispy onions
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley or cilantro)
- β4-6 wedges lemon wedges
- β2 tbsp honey
- β2 tbsp soy sauce

1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

2. Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes.

3. Thread the tofu, crispy onions, and fresh herbs onto the skewers.

4. Brush the skewers with olive oil and season with Dutch seasoning blend.
