- β8 oz NoodlesThai rice noodles
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oilfor stir-frying

- β2 tbsp Thai red curry pastespicy
- β1/4 cup Crispy shallotsfor garnish
- β1/4 cup Green onionschopped, for garnish
