Spicy Crab and Shrimp Salad
A refreshing seafood salad featuring crab, shrimp, and crunchy vegetables, served with a zesty Indian-inspired dressing.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Fresh Shrimp
- β1/2 pound Jumbo Lump Crab Meat
- β1 medium Cucumber
- β1 medium Carrots
- β1/4 cup Red Onion
- β1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
- β2 tablespoons Lime Juice
- β1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- β1 tablespoon Honey
- β1/4 cup Crunchy Indian Flatbread

1. Peel and de-vein shrimp, then chop into bite-sized pieces.

2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, cucumber, carrots, red onion, and cilantro.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, garam masala, and honey.

4. Pour dressing over seafood mixture and toss to coat.

5. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
