Herbal Fluffini Muffin Tadka
A unique dessert recipe combining herbal flavors with fluffini and muffin textures, topped with a tadka crunch.
Ingredients

- β1 tsp Herbal tea leaves
- β2 tsp Fluffini powder
- β1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- β1 cup Muffin mix
- β1 tsp Tadka spice mix
- β2 Eggs
- β1/2 cup Milk
- β1/4 cup Vegetable oil
- β1/2 tsp With spice blend

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Mix the flour, herbal tea leaves, fluffini powder, granulated sugar, and muffin mix in a large bowl.

Whisk the eggs and milk together in a separate bowl.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the tadka spice mix and with spice blend to the oil and stir.

Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin.

Drizzle the tadka oil mixture over the muffins.
