Chicken Fajita Stir Fry
A quick and easy stir fry dish made with chicken, peppers, and onions, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Chicken breastcut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 Bell peppersany color
- β1 Onionthinly sliced
- β1 cup Fluffy ricecooked
- β2 tablespoons Herbal oilsuch as olive or canola oil
- β2 tablespoons Stir-fry saucestore-bought or homemade
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
Instructions

Heat the herbal oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the sliced onion to the skillet and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the bell peppers to the skillet and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

Return the chicken to the skillet and stir in the stir-fry sauce.
