- β2 tsp Kenyan Spices
- β2 tbsp Herbal Oil
- β1 Ginger
- β2 cloves Roast Garlic
- β2 tbsp Lime Juice
- β1 tsp Fish Sauce
- β1 tsp Sugar
- β1/2 tsp Chili Flakes
- βto taste Salt

Instructions

Heat the herbal oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the ginger and roast garlic and sautΓ© for 1 minute.

Add the Kenyan Spices and stir for 30 seconds.
