Herb Crusted Veal Cutlets

- β1/4 cup Herbs (parsley, thyme, rosemary)chopped
- β1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the veal cutlets with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, mix together the herbs and Greek yogurt.

Coat each veal cutlet with the herb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the coated veal cutlets for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned.
