German Stew with Herbal Flair
A hearty German-inspired stew infused with fresh herbal notes, perfect for a chilly evening.
Ingredients
- β2 cups, peeled and chopped Baby carrots
- β3 medium, peeled and cubed Juicy potatoes
- β1 (14.5 oz) can, diced tomatoes Stew
- β2 sprigs of fresh thyme, 1 sprig of fresh rosemary Herbal bouquet
- β1-2, sliced Pak chiliesadjust to taste

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the sliced Pak chilies and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the chopped baby carrots and cook for 5 minutes, or until they start to tenderize.

Add the cubed potatoes, diced tomatoes, thyme, and rosemary to the pot.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Bring the stew to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, for 20-25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
