- βa sprig Fresh Herbssuch as mint or basil
- β1 tbsp Juicesuch as orange or grapefruit
- β1 slice Venezuelan Breadfor garnish

1. Toast 2 slices of Venezualan bread until lightly browned.

2. Spread 2 tbsp of apricot jam on each slice of toasted bread.
