Redcurrant Crumble
A sweet dessert made with fresh redcurrants and a crunchy oat topping. Perfect for a warm evening.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Fresh Redcurrants
- β1/2 cup All-purpose flour
- β1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- β1/2 cup Cold unsalted butter
- β1 cup Rolled oats
- β1/4 cup Brown sugar
- β1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large bowl, mix together the redcurrants, granulated sugar, and flour.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x9-inch baking dish.

In a separate bowl, combine the rolled oats, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon.

Add the cold butter to the oat mixture and use your fingers or a pastry blender to work it into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
