Grilled Prawn Skewers with German-Style Herb Marinade

- β2 tablespoons Light Olive Oilfor brushing skewers
- β1/4 cup Fresh Parsleychopped
- β1/4 cup Fresh Dillchopped
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon German Mustardfor marinade
- β2 tablespoons Lemon Juicefor marinade

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a blender or food processor, combine parsley, dill, garlic, German mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
