Syrian Chicken Stir Fry
A flavorful and spicy stir fry dish made with marinated chicken, bell peppers, and onions, inspired by Syrian cuisine.
Ingredients

- β2 bell pepper
- β1 onion
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1 tsp cumin
- β1 tsp paprika
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- βchopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breast and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-6 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet.

Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet and cook until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.
