- ●2 tbsp malaysian biryanistore-bought spice mix
- ●2 cups flourall-purpose
- ●1 block silk tofudrained and cubed
- ●1 cup herbal teabrewed and cooled

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add 1 tsp of malaysian biryani spice mix and sauté for 1 minute.

Add 1 lb chicken breast and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add 1 block silk tofu and stir gently.
