Eastern Chicken Skillet

Ingredients
- β1 lb chicken breastboneless, skinless
- β1 cup middle eastern hashavailable in most supermarkets
- β2 tbsp herbs (such as thyme, rosemary)fresh or dried
- β1 large spring onionschopped
- β1 skillet (preferably cast iron)for cooking
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor cooking
- βto taste salt and pepper

Instructions

Heat the skillet over medium-high heat.

Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and herbs.
