Kabanos and Sausage Polish Soup
A hearty, comforting Polish-inspired soup made with kabanos, sausages, and a variety of vegetables.
Ingredients

- β1 pound sausagesyour choice of sausage variety

- β2 medium carrot
- β2 stalks celery
- β2 medium pot
- β2 cups herbal broth
- β1 cup velvety polenta
- β1/2 cup polish sour cream

In a large pot, cook the kabanos and sausages over medium heat, breaking up the sausages with a spoon as they cook.

Add the chopped onion, carrot, and celery to the pot and cook until the vegetables are tender.

Add the herbal broth to the pot and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
