Herbed Fish Bowl
A Thai-inspired dish featuring fish cooked in a flavorful herb sauce served in a bowl.
Ingredients
- β1/2 cup Herbed sauce
- β2 pieces (6 oz) Argentinian fish filletFresh or frozen
- β1 Lime
- β1/4 cup Basil
- β1/4 cup Mint
- β1 tsp Chili flakes
- β1/4 cup Cilantro
- β2 inches Ginger
- β2 cloves Garlic

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the fish for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.

While the fish is cooking, prepare the herb sauce by blending the basil, mint, cilantro, ginger, and garlic in a blender.

Add the herbed sauce to the skillet with the fish and stir to combine.

Squeeze the lime juice over the fish and herbs.
