French Country Pasta
A hearty, comforting pasta dish inspired by the French countryside. This recipe combines the rich flavors of homestyle pasta with the freshness of Mediterranean herbs.
Ingredients
- β8 oz homestyle pasta
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1/4 cup fresh parsleychopped
- β1 tsp dried oregano
- β salt
- β1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add the chopped parsley and dried oregano to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
