Autumnal Apple Galette with Honey Glaze

- β1/2 cup granulated sugar
- β2 mixed apples (granny smith, gala)
- β1 large egg
- β1 tsp vanilla extract

Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.

Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together the sliced apples, granulated sugar, and honey.

Arrange the apple mixture in a spiral pattern, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
