Pan-Seared Fish with Mediterranean Croute
A delicious and flavorful dish featuring pan-seared fish topped with a crispy Mediterranean croute.

- β4 Fish filletFresh, white fish
- β1 Mediterranean crouteAvailable pre-made or homemade
- β1/4 cup White wineOptional
- β2 tbsp Honeyed butterHomemade or store-bought
- β1 tsp Hot sauceOptional, for garnish
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

2. Season the fish with salt and black pepper.

3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the white wine (if using).

4. Add the fish to the skillet, skin side up. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

5. Flip the fish over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.

7. Meanwhile, toast the Mediterranean croute in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
