Russian Cake Bar Bites
A sweet dessert inspired by Russian chocolate cake, with a crunchy honeyed bar on top.

- ●1 bar (crushed) Honeyed barfor topping
- ●1 bar (crushed) Mars barfor topping
- ●1 cup Crisp cerealfor crunchy topping

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cut Russian cake into 1-inch pieces.

Place cake pieces on a baking sheet.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.

Melt 1/4 cup of honey in a saucepan over low heat.

Dip each baked cake piece into the honey mixture, then place on a wire rack to cool.
