Creamy Peruvian Chicken and Beans
A hearty and flavorful Peruvian-inspired dish featuring tender chicken and creamy navy beans.
Ingredients

- β1 cup navy beanscooked
- β2 aji amarillo peppersdiced
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon hot sauceoptional
- β1 cup peruvian cremaor substitute with sour cream
- β2 cups gallina chicken brothhomemade or store-bought

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through.

Remove the chicken and set aside.

Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.

Add the aji amarillo peppers and cook for an additional minute.

Stir in the hot sauce (if using), navy beans, and chicken broth.
