Vegetarian Fish Bowl
A delicious and healthy vegetarian fish bowl recipe, packed with Indian spices and flavors. Serve in a hot bowl for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- β250g Fish-free tofuDrain and press tofu before use
- β1 cup Mixed vegetablesChoose a variety of colorful vegetables
- β1 tsp Indian spicesUse a blend of cumin, coriander, and turmeric
- β2 tbsp Lime juiceFreshly squeezed for best flavor
- β1/4 cup CilantroChopped for garnish
- β1-2 tsp Hot sauceOptional, for some heat
- β1 BowlA serving bowl to hold the dish

Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Season the tofu with salt and pepper, and grill for 3-4 minutes per side.

In a separate pan, heat some oil over medium heat.
