- β1 pound, boneless Smoked Chicken Breast
- β2 tablespoons Aji SauceAvailable in most Peruvian or Latin American markets.
- β1 medium, diced Onion
- β2 cloves, minced Garlic
- β2 large, peeled and diced Gallina (Peruvian Potatoes)Can substitute with regular potatoes if unavailable.
- β1/4 cup, chopped Fresh Cilantro
- β2 tablespoons Lime Juice
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- βoptional, for added heat Chili Flakes

Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3 minutes.
