Traditional British Shepherd's Pie
A classic British dish made with ground meat and topped with a layer of mashed potatoes. This recipe is a hearty and comforting meal for any occasion.

- β1 medium Onion
- β1 medium Carrot
- β3 large Potatoes
- β1 cup Milk
- β2 tablespoons Butter
- βto taste Salt

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the onion and carrot to the pan and cook until the vegetables are softened.

Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and set aside.

Peel the potatoes and chop them into large chunks.

Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until they are tender.
