Energizer Hummus Wrap
A quick and easy wrap filled with protein-rich hummus, energizer, and fresh vegetables.

- β1 Whole wheat tortilla
- β2 tablespoons Hummus
- β1/4 cup Energizer
- β1 cup Lettuce
- β1 medium Tomato
- β1/4 cup Red onion
- β1/4 cup Cucumber
- βto taste Salt

1. Lay out the whole wheat tortilla on a flat surface.

2. Spread 2 tablespoons of hummus down the center of the tortilla.

3. Add 1/4 cup of energizer on top of the hummus.

4. Add 1 cup of lettuce, 1 medium tomato, 1/4 cup of red onion, and 1/4 cup of cucumber on top of the energizer.

6. Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the wrap up tightly.
