Russian Beetroot Salad
A refreshing salad with the sweetness of beetroot and the tanginess of pickles. Serve chilled for a perfect side dish.

- β1/2 cup pickled cucumbersliced
- β1 cup russian saladstore-bought or homemade
- β1 cup icecrushed
- β2 tbsp dillchopped

In a large bowl, combine grated beetroot, sliced pickled cucumber, and chopped dill.

Add the store-bought or homemade Russian salad to the bowl.
