Norwegian Cheese Gratin
A rich and creamy gratin made with Norwegian cheese, perfect for a cold winter's night.
Ingredients

- ●25g cold unsalted butter
- ●20g all-purpose flour

- ●10g chopped fresh parsleyoptional

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Butter the gratin dish.

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Slowly pour in the cold water, whisking continuously.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in the cheese until melted and smooth.

Pour the cheese mixture into the prepared gratin dish.
