Spicy Udon Noodle Soup
A spicy and flavorful udon noodle soup inspired by Japanese cuisine. This dish combines the richness of udon noodles with the spiciness of tantanmen sauce and the tanginess of icy cucumber.

- β2 tbsp Tantanmen sauce
- β1 medium Icy cucumbersliced
- β1 tbsp Sour soy sauce
- β1/4 cup Green onionschopped
- β1 tsp Sesame seeds

2. In a large pot, combine tantanmen sauce, sour soy sauce, and 2 cups of water.
