Spicy Korean Sausage Jjigae
A hearty, spicy Korean stew made with incredibly crispy Korean sausage, vegetables, and a sweet and spicy sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 package (about 1 pound) Korean Sausageincredibly crispy
- β1 medium Diced Onion
- β2 medium Diced Carrot
- β1 medium Diced Zucchini
- β2 tablespoons Gochujang Sauce
- β1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- β1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- β1 cup Ricecooked

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the Korean sausage and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside. Add the diced onion, carrot, and zucchini to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the gochujang sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar to the skillet and stir to combine.

Return the sausage to the skillet and stir to coat with the sauce.

Serve the sausage and vegetables over a bed of cooked rice.
