Crispy Moroccan Tofu Skewers

Ingredients
- β1 block (14 oz) Extra-Firm Tofu
- β1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- β1/2 cup Chopped Onion
- β1/2 cup Chopped Bell Pepper
- β1/4 cup Chopped Cilantro
- β1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- βto taste Salt
- β1 tsp Moroccan Spice Blend
- β10-12 Skewerssoaked in water for 30 minutes

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes.

In a shallow dish, mix together panko breadcrumbs, smoked paprika, and Moroccan spice blend.

Dip each tofu cube into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
