Filipino Fish Roast with Garlic
A flavorful and easy-to-make dish featuring fish roasted with Filipino spices and a hint of garlic.
Ingredients
- ●2 pieces (6 oz each) incredibly garlicky Filipino fish
- ●2 tbsp roast
- ●3 cloves garlicminced
- ●1 tsp olive oil
- ●to taste salt
- ●to taste black pepper
- ●2 lemon wedgesoptional
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Rinse fish under cold water, pat dry with paper towels.

Season with salt, black pepper, and a pinch of roast.

Drizzle olive oil over fish, making sure to coat evenly.

Roast the fish for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.

While fish is roasting, melt 1 tbsp of roast in a pan over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Remove from heat and set aside.

Once fish is done, place on a plate and top with garlic-roast sauce.

Serve with lemon wedges on the side, if desired.
