Classic British Apple Pie

- ●1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- ●1 tablespoon All-purpose Flour
- ●1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the shortcrust pastry to a thickness of about 1/8 inch (3 mm).

Transfer the pastry to a 9-inch (23 cm) pie dish.

In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, and cinnamon.

Pour the apple mixture into the pie crust.
