Norwegian Galette Delight

- ●2 cups Mixed berriesstrawberries, blueberries, raspberries
- ●1/2 cup Granulated sugaradjust to taste
- ●1 tsp Almond extractoptional
- ●1 Egg, beatenfor egg wash

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.

In a large bowl, mix together mixed berries, granulated sugar, and almond extract (if using).

Spoon the berry mixture onto one half of the pastry, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
