Coconut Tart
A rich and creamy dessert featuring a coconut filling in a buttery tart crust.

- β1 cup unsalted butter
- β1 can coconut milk
- β2 large eggs
- β1/2 cup granulated sugar
- β1 cup shredded coconut
- β1 tsp vanilla extract
- β1/4 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

Make the tart crust by combining flour and butter in a bowl until a dough forms. Wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Roll out the chilled dough and place in a 9-inch tart pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly golden.

In a separate bowl, whisk together coconut milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir in shredded coconut.
