Croation Pastry Tart
A flaky pastry crust filled with a sweet and tangy croation cream. Perfect for a dessert or snack.
Ingredients
- β1 sheet Pastry doughhomemade or store-bought
- β1 cup Croation creamheavy cream and powdered sugar
- β1 tsp Lemon zestfreshly grated
- β2 tbsp Granulated sugarto taste
- β2 Egg yolksfreshly beaten
- β1/4 cup Buttermelted

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out the pastry dough to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.

Transfer the dough to a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom.

Trim the edges and press the dough into the corners of the pan.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the croation cream, lemon zest, and granulated sugar.

Pour the cream mixture into the pastry-lined tart pan.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the filling is set.
