Pan-Seared Salmon Kebabs
A light and indulgent Icelandic-inspired dish featuring pan-seared salmon kebabs. Serve with a side of norwegian-inspired vegetables.
Ingredients
- β4 Salmon filletsfresh and of good quality
- β1 Vegetable skewersincluding bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms
- β2 tablespoons Norwegian herb mixa blend of parsley, dill, and chives
- β2 tablespoons Olive oilfor brushing the kebabs
- βto taste Salt and pepperfor seasoning
- β4 Lemon wedgesfor serving
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Thread the salmon and vegetables onto the skewers.

In a small bowl, mix together the Norwegian herb mix and olive oil.

Brush the herb mixture onto the kebabs.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the kebabs to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.
