Pistachio Pudding Cake
Moist and creamy pistachio pudding cake, topped with a sweet and crunchy pistachio crust.
Ingredients
- β1 cup pistachio pudding mix
- β1 cup milk
- β2 eggs
- β1/2 cup butter
- β1 cup sugar
- β1 cup pistachios
- β2 cups all-purpose flour
- β1 teaspoon baking powder
- β1/2 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

Prepare the pistachio pudding according to the package instructions.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Add the butter and mix until a crumbly mixture forms.

Add the pistachio pudding and mix until well combined.

Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch (23cm) round cake pan.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
