Tuna Pasta Bake
A simple and flavorful Italian-inspired pasta bake with tuna. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Penne Pasta
- β1 can (5 oz) Tuna Canned in Water
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1 tsp Dried Basil
- β1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- β1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- β Salt and Pepper

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the canned tuna to the skillet and break it up with a spoon. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Stir in the dried basil and season with salt and pepper.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, tuna mixture, and 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese.

Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
