Indulgent Japanese Sushi Rolls
A twist on classic sushi rolls with luxurious ingredients and a delicious egg-based sauce.
Ingredients
- β2 cups Sushi Rice
- β2 large Eggbeaten for egg sauce
- β1/4 cup Caviaroptional for garnish
- β8 oz Smoked Salmon
- β1 ripe Avocado
- β1/4 cup Unagi Sauce
- β1 tsp Sesame Seeds
- β1 piece Pickled Gingerfor garnish
Instructions

Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions.

Cut smoked salmon into thin slices.

Cut avocado into thin slices.

In a small bowl, mix together Unagi sauce and sesame seeds.

In a separate bowl, mix together beaten eggs and a pinch of salt.

Lay a sheet of nori seaweed flat and spread sushi rice onto it.

Place smoked salmon, avocado, and a drizzle of Unagi sauce mixture onto the rice.

Roll the sushi using a bamboo sushi mat.

Slice the roll into 8 equal pieces.

Dip the sushi pieces into the egg sauce and coat evenly.

Garnish with pickled ginger and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
