Kenyan Caraway Seed Biscuit
A sweet and savory biscuit from Kenya, flavored with caraway seeds. Perfect as a snack or dessert.
Ingredients

- β2 cups Bake, all-purpose flour
- β2 tsp Caraway seeds
- β1/2 cup Sugar, granulated
- β1/2 cup Indulgent, dark chocolate chips
- β1 large Egg
- β1/2 cup Milk, whole

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and caraway seeds.

Add in butter and use a pastry blender or your fingers to work it into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Stir in chocolate chips.

In a separate bowl, whisk together egg and milk.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.

Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead a few times until it comes together.
