Creamy Korean Stew
A rich and indulgent Korean-inspired stew made with tender beef, creamy sauce, and a blend of spices.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Beef (thinly sliced)
- β1/2 cup Cream
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Gochujang
- β1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- β1 tablespoon Ginger (grated)
- β2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- β1 teaspoon Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)
- βto taste Black pepper
- βfor garnish Green onions (chopped)
Instructions

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from pot and set aside.

Add ginger and garlic to pot and cook for 1 minute.

Add soy sauce, gochujang, brown sugar, and chili flakes to pot. Stir to combine.

Add cream to pot and bring to a simmer.

Return beef to pot and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until sauce has thickened.

Season with black pepper to taste.
