Creamy Mediterranean Pasta Bake
A rich and satisfying pasta bake loaded with the flavors of the Mediterranean. Perfect for a comforting dinner.
Ingredients
- β8 oz (225g) Pasta
- β8 oz (225g) Indulgent Cream Cheesesoftened
- β8 oz (225g) Shirataki Noodles (optional)
- β2 tbsp (30g) Mediterranean Blend (dried oregano, thyme, rosemary)
- β2 cups crumbled (250g) Feta Cheese (optional)
- βto taste Salt
- βchopped (for garnish) Fresh Parsley

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook the pasta al dente, then set aside.

In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat.

Add the Mediterranean Blend and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Add the cream cheese and stir until smooth.

Add the cooked pasta and stir until well coated.

Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish.

If using shirataki noodles, add them on top of the pasta mixture.

If using feta cheese, crumble it on top of the pasta mixture.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
