- β1 package middle eastern falafel mixfollow package instructions for preparation
- β8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheesesliced into thin rounds
- β1/2 cup eastern style hummusstore-bought or homemade
- β1 cucumbersliced into thin rounds
- β1 tomatosliced into thin rounds
- β1/4 red onionsliced into thin rings
- β1/4 cup fresh parsleychopped

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Bake the pita bread for 5-7 minutes, or until crispy and lightly browned.
