Moroccan Beef Tagine
A hearty and flavorful tagine that combines the richness of beef with the spices of Morocco. This dish is perfect for a cold winter night.
Ingredients
- β1.5 lbs Beef Short Ribs
- β2 medium Chopped Onion
- β3 cloves Chopped Garlic
- β2 inches Gingergrated
- β1 tsp Cumin
- β1 tsp Cinnamon
- β1 tsp Paprika
- β Salt
- β Black Pepper
- β1 cup Beef Broth
- β1 cup Pruneschopped

Preheat oven to 300Β°F (150Β°C).

Season the beef with salt, black pepper, cumin, cinnamon, and paprika.

Heat a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Sear the beef until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Add the onion, garlic, and ginger to the pot and cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the beef broth and prunes to the pot. Bring to a boil, then cover and transfer to the preheated oven.
