- β1/4 cup Fresh Lime JuiceFreshly squeezed
- β1/4 cup Fresh Lemon JuiceFreshly squeezed
- β1/2 cup Red OnionThinly sliced
- β2 tablespoons Aji Amarillo PepperChopped, or substitute with jalapeno
- β1/4 cup CilantroChopped
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

Instructions

Cut the halibut into small pieces and place in a large bowl.

In a small bowl, mix together lime juice, lemon juice, aji amarillo pepper, and salt.
