Korean Shrimp Clay Pot Delight
A savory and spicy Korean-inspired shrimp dish cooked in a clay pot. This recipe is perfect for a quick and flavorful meal.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Large Shrimppeeled and deveined
- β2 teaspoons Korean Chili Flakesgochugaru
- β2 tablespoons Sesame Oil toasted sesame oil
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1-inch piece Gingergrated
- β2 tablespoons Soy Saucelow-sodium
- β1 tablespoon Brown Sugarpacked light brown sugar
- β1 tablespoon Rice Vinegarunseasoned rice vinegar
- β1/4 cup Green Onionsthinly sliced
- β1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted sesame seeds

Preheat the clay pot at 400Β°F (200Β°C) for 10 minutes.

Rinse the shrimp and pat dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix together chili flakes, soy sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar.

Add the garlic and ginger to the bowl and stir to combine.

Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat with the marinade.

Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in the preheated clay pot over medium-high heat.

Add the shrimp to the clay pot and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.

In the same clay pot, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
