Saudi Wagyu Burger
A rich and savory Arabian-inspired burger featuring wagyu beef and topped with indulgent ingredients.
Ingredients
- β4 x 1/4 inch thick patties Wagyu Beef Patties (4)
- β1 large onion Caramelized Onions
- β1/4 cup Spiced Arabian Saucesee notes for ingredients
- β4 cups Mixed Greens
- β4 Brioche Buns
- β4 slices Wagyu Beef Bacon (4 slices)
- β4 slices Cheddar Cheese
- β1/4 cup crumbled Feta Cheese
- β1 cup crushed Pita Chips

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Form wagyu beef into 4 patties and season with salt and pepper.

Grill wagyu beef patties for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked to desired temperature.

While wagyu beef is cooking, caramelize onions by heating 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add 1 large onion to the pan and cook for 20-25 minutes or until caramelized.

Toast brioche buns by grilling for 2-3 minutes or until lightly toasted.

Assemble burgers by spreading Spiced Arabian Sauce on the bottom bun.

Add a wagyu beef patty, a few slices of Wagyu Beef Bacon, a slice of Cheddar Cheese, and a sprinkle of Feta Cheese.
