Greek Lasagna
A classic Greek-inspired lasagna with meat and cheese, perfect for a satisfying dinner.
Ingredients
- β8-10 sheets Lasagna noodles
- β1 lb Ground meat80/20 ground beef
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 cups Tomato sauce
- β1 cup Feta cheesecrumbled
- β1 cup Parmesan cheesegrated
- β1 cup Indulgent cheeseshredded mozzarella
- β1 tsp Greek seasoningsoregano, thyme, basil

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.

Brown the ground meat in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.

Stir in the tomato sauce and bring to a simmer.

In a separate bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and shredded indulgent cheese.

Begin assembling the lasagna by spreading a layer of the meat sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Arrange 4 lasagna noodles on top of the meat sauce.

Spread half of the cheese mixture over the noodles.

Repeat the layers, starting with the meat sauce, noodles, and then the remaining cheese mixture.

Top the lasagna with the shredded indulgent cheese.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
