Traditional Slovak Trdelník Pudding Pancakes
A unique dessert inspired by Slovakian traditions, combining fluffy pancakes with a rich trdelník pudding.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup granulated sugar
- ●1 cup milk
- ●2 large eggs
- ●1/2 cup sour cream
- ●1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- ●1 tsp vanilla extract
- ●1 package trdelník pudding mix
- ●1/4 cup confectioners' sugar

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and a pinch of salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, sour cream, and melted butter.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
