Smoked Korean BBQ Bao
Indulge in the sweet and savory flavors of Korean BBQ within a soft and fluffy bao. This recipe combines the rich flavors of smoked meats with the comforting texture of homemade bao.
Ingredients

- β1/2 pound Smoked pork bellysuch as Korean BBQ sauce-glazed
- β2 teaspoons Korean chili flakesoptional
- β2 tablespoons Brown sugarfor BBQ sauce
- β2 tablespoons GochujangKorean chili paste
- β2 tablespoons Soy saucefor marinade
- β1/4 cup Green onionschopped, for garnish
- β1 tablespoon Toasted sesame seedsfor garnish
